DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled.

T-SHIRTS

Returns

We will accept returns for any defective item. Returned t-shirts should not be washed or show signs of wear including:

  • Fragrance – Perfume, Smoke, or Sweat

  • Stains

  • Hair (i.e. pet or human)

A return request should be filed within 3 days of receiving your item(s). In order to file a return request, please click here. A shop credit will be issued once the item has been received and confirmed defective.

Saving Shannon reserves the right to decline any t-shirt return that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Our shirts are made print to order, so we do not issue refunds. But customers will receive a shop credit for any defective items. Please see the process under Returns for more information.

Exchanges

We are unable to exchange items for another size. We provide a size chart in the item description. So, please review the size chart, before selecting your shirt size.

Cancellations

You are not able to cancel your order. Please be sure that you are satisfied with your order, before you purchase your item.

Shipping

Most small businesses are seeing a delay an item shipment due to the COVID19 pandemic. It may take up to 4 weeks after your date of purchase to receive your item. This shop is not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost or stolen goods.
